All Wild Game can be converted into delicious smoked or fresh sausage links, summer sausage and snack stix. Our Sausages are 50/50 blend (50% Venison, 50% domestic pork butt or trim)

Smoked Hams or Bacons - $1.70 per lb fresh weight $30 minimum
$20 per ham to slice $5 per bacon to slice
Smoked Pheasants and Ducks - $8.50 each, $34 minimum
Smoked Turkeys - $40.00 each
Duck Sausage - $6 per lb finished weight,
50/50 duck/pork (20 lb min per flavor) Fresh or Smoked
Duck Stix - $9 per lb finished weight
10% shrinkage (10 lb min)
